pgph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pgph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to pgph, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pgph.asia and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the pgph website at pgph.asia, including all games, services, features, and tools made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), used for placing bets and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available by pgph to Players, subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by pgph and applicable regulations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to those administered by PAGCOR and the National Privacy Commission.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on pgph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pgph. pgph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your Account and published on this page with an updated effective date.

By registering an Account, you also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence, and that the funds you deposit are not derived from any unlawful activity.

Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on pgph. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. pgph strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. pgph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

Identity & One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on pgph. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pgph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. All bonus balances and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and all related Accounts may be permanently closed.

KYC Verification

pgph is required by applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID), and may be required to submit additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds, at pgph's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify pgph immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pgph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pgph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pgph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

pgph offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to all registered Philippine mobile numbers. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended for all Accounts, particularly those with active balances.

All financial transactions on the pgph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pgph supports the following payment methods:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. pgph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pgph Account. pgph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Pending active bonuses with unsatisfied wagering requirements may affect withdrawal eligibility — see Section 6 for details.

pgph offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are granted at pgph's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 15x means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times in eligible games).
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games (such as baccarat and roulette) may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days from the date of issuance — within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unexpired, unmet bonuses will be forfeited at expiry.
• pgph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if bonus abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent play is detected.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements (also known as "bonus laundering"); and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics. pgph uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect such behavior. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Each game on the pgph Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible via the game's information panel before play commences. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any bets. Failure to understand game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund.

All slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in the information panel of each game.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments using physical cards, roulette wheels, and dice. Outcomes are generated through physical means under the supervision of live dealers and are independently audited for integrity.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or software faults — pgph reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the relevant bet amounts to the Players' Wallets. Void rounds do not constitute grounds for additional compensation.

You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following prohibited activities on or in connection with the pgph Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by pgph;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over pgph or other Players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, loopholes, or errors in any game or system on the Platform for financial gain;
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund your Wallet (money laundering);
• Engaging in chargebacks or other payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services from pgph;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward pgph staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

pgph reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the pgph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and trade names — is the proprietary property of pgph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without pgph's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pgph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

pgph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Platform, or the services provided therein shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we maintain a suite of tools and resources to support Players in managing their gaming activity.

Self-Management Tools

The following tools are available to all pgph Account holders via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

pgph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by Applicable Law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page at pgph.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the services provided by pgph — including any question of its formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to pgph's customer support team for informal resolution. pgph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it shall be submitted to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism administered by PAGCOR. Failing resolution through PAGCOR's mechanism, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
